Cut Off Your Hands é uma banda de indie pop da Nova Zelândia em grande parte influenciada pelo punk e post indie por grupos como The Smiths, Gang of Four, Orange Juice, Talking Heads, bem como NZ pós-punk do The Mint Chicks e This Night Creeps. A banda foi formada em Auckland, em 2006, originalmente composta vocalista Nick Johnston, o guitarrista Michael Ramirez, o baixista Phil Hadfield e o baterista Brent Harris.
